Crewyard for electrical shops · North Carolina
Find it on the walkthrough. Get it signed in the living room.
Your electrician flags what they find as Fix now, Recommended or Nice to have. Crewyard turns it into three options on your prices, the customer picks and signs on the phone, and pays before your electrician leaves. We set it up for you.

A burnt outlet, and everything else Dev found
10:00 AM
The walkthrough
The outlet behind Tom's couch sparked and went dead. While he's there, Dev finds a double-tapped breaker, no GFCI on the kitchen counters and smoke detectors past ten years. Each one goes in with a price from your book.
10:40 AM
Three options, one signature
Fix what's urgent, fix and protect, or the whole job. Tom sees what each one costs, picks one and signs on Dev's phone.
Before leaving
Locked out, tested, paid
The checklist won't let the job close until the breaker was locked out, the circuit verified dead and the GFCI trip test passed. Then Dev collects on the spot: card, pay link, cash or check.
Paid before the truck leaves
What we load for an electrical shop
Same app for every trade. What changes is what we put in it for you, by hand, before your first day.
- Your price book
- Panel upgrades and subpanels, EV charger circuits, GFCI and AFCI, surge protection, fans and dimmers, permit and inspection. Your prices; techs pick from the list and can't change them.
- Good, Better, Best
- EV charger: a 50 amp circuit and outlet · a hardwired wall charger · the charger with load management.
- Checklists
- Every job: breaker off, locked and tagged; verified dead with a meter; GFCI/AFCI trip test; after photo.
- Calls Alex treats as emergencies
- Sparks, smoke or a burning smell: safety first, then the address, and the office is flagged.
We start from your price list and the way your shop already works. These are examples.
