Text message terms
Last updated October 13, 2026
Program description
Crewyard sends text messages on behalf of participating home-service businesses ("shops"), from each shop's own local number. When you opt in with a shop, you may receive: appointment reminders and confirmations, notices that a technician is on the way, quotes for work you asked about, invoices with a secure payment link, follow-ups on open quotes and recommended work, a request for a review after a visit, and replies to conversations you start by calling or texting the shop.
How you opt in
By checking the consent box on a shop's booking form; by texting a shop first (replies are to your message); or by telling the shop, or its assistant on the phone, that texts about your visit are okay. The shop records who agreed, when and how.
Frequency, rates, opting out
Message frequency varies with your service, typically a few messages around each visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts from that shop; you'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact the shop directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No automated texts are sent between 8 pm and 8 am in the shop's time zone, except a notice that a technician is on the way to a visit you booked.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy at https://getcrewyard.com/privacy and the shop's own policy for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
